Dustin M. Cesarek
Dustin formed North Star Legacy Law in 2020 because he wanted to bring his brand of legal service to the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. With a pre-lawyer background in retail, hospitality, and non-profit work, Dustin approaches his law practice from the perspective that the best services are those where the client is at the center of every facet of the work.

Dustin works with clients on matters of estate planning, legacy advising, probate, and trust administration. He gets nerdy about processes, so he is always looking for ways to improve how he does life and business.
He wants his clients to know and understand the why and the what behind the work they are paying for and wants every client to walk away pleasantly surprised that they found an attorney who is actually painless to work with.

When Dustin is not busy lawyering, he is making memories with his daughter, Reagan, or cuddling with their pups, Allie and Lucy. He supports causes and organizations focused on cancer research and support for cancer survivors and their caregivers. The gray in his hair is likely more attributable to being a Minnesota Vikings and Twins fan than anything else he has been through. To get his mind off such things Dustin enjoys cooking delicious things his picky kid won't eat, long walks on the beach, and searching for the best brunch spots in town.
